Large group brokers: Training for upgraded Blue Reports tool coming in September
Blue KC’s large group reporting and analytics tool – Blue Reports – will be replaced with a new tool supported by MedeAnalytics.
The new tool will:
- Boost reporting speed and efficiency
- Inform plan design decisions
- Distribute print-ready reports to support renewal discussions and account strategies
- Provide insights into drivers of care, cost, and quality
Blue Reports training starts in September
Training for the new Blue Reports tool will begin in September. You will participate in two sections of training:
- Self-service online training – This baseline training is a pre-requisite to the instructor-led training below. You will receive an email from MedeLearn Litmos with a link to the training.
- Instructor-led training – This virtual training will cover report creation and how to use Blue Reports dashboards for standard end users. You will receive an email from Blue KC in September with a link to start the training, which will include several phases of instruction from mid-September through November.
