As the new plan year begins, keep these services in mind for your ACA accounts.
Encourage ACA clients to set up automatic bill payment
ACA clients can start 2026 with one less thing to worry about when they register for automatic bill payment. Encourage clients to take these quick steps to register:
- Log in to MyBlueKC.com
- Click Pay My Bill in the left column
- Choose Manage Payments to set up automatic bill payment
Track ACA client payment status with HealthSherpa Premier Partner tools
Keep track of your ACA clients’ payment status using our new HealthSherpa Premier Partner tools, available on the HealthSherpa portal. The tools allow you to:
- See if clients have made their binder payment
- Access information about your clients, including policy, premium amount, effective date, and payment status
- See upcoming or past due payments
Login to HealthSherpa to use Premier Partner tools.
