Your new agent account launches this month

In last month’s Blue Agent we announced a newly designed agent account (formerly referred to as agent portal) would launch in June. With the launch just days away, here’s a sneak preview of what you can expect.

What’s new on the Blue KC agent account

Your Blue KC agent account has been upgraded with a cleaner interface, improved organization, and easier access to the tools and information you use every day.

Navigation
Simplified navigation across the top of the page provides easy access to your business, quotes, and resources.

Resources
We’ve reorganized the Resources pages, putting applications, forms, training resources, and marketing materials at your fingertips.

Member details
The streamlined homepage simplifies your member search and helps you find key member assets, such as plan details, claims information, and member ID cards.

Advanced search
You’ll have improved search and filtering capabilities for employer group and individual and family plans.
