Blue KC ACA members can earn up to $50 in rewards
Please remind your Blue KC clients they can earn up to $50 in rewards for completing their Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and annual preventive visit by December 31, 2026. The preventive visit is covered at 100%.
For each, members will receive a $25 digital gift card to their choice of select national retailers.
Earning rewards
It takes just three steps for members to earn rewards:
- Register on the ACA Rewards portal at BlueKC.com/ACARewards
- Schedule an annual preventive visit with:
- Primary care provider (PCP) – Members can visit their in-network PCP or find one at MyBlueKC.com > Find Care (in the left column) > Find Doctors, Specialists & Hospitals. Enter any of the following in the search bar: PCP, family medicine, internal medicine, general practice, or a specific provider name.
- Spira Care provider – Members enrolled in plans with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers can make an appointment at (913) 297-7472 or SpiraCare.com.
- Complete the HRA at BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
- Once logged in, click Health Risk Assessment. Members can save their answers and return later if they are unable to complete the HRA in one session.
Redeeming rewards
Within 90 days after completing the annual preventive visit and HRA, members will see their rewards on BlueKC.com/ACARewards. Rewards can be redeemed for digital gift cards to CVS Select, DoorDash, Home Depot, Starbucks, Target, Whole Foods, Uber, or Uber Eats. More information is available at BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
