
Online behavioral health resource launches June 1
Starting June 1, Blue KC members and covered dependents 13 and older will have a new online behavioral health resource that’s part of their health plan benefits.
Learn to Live combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) strategies with an easy-to-use platform. Its confidential, self-directed programs support depression/stress/anxiety, mindfulness and meditation, chronic condition management, insomnia, social issues, trauma and PTSD, resilience, and substance use.
Member and employer benefits
Learn to Live offers members:
- Monthly webinars on relevant behavioral health topics, 5-minute activities, digital articles, and toolkits
- Comprehensive clinical assessments with immediate results and program suggestions
- Access to clinicians to help best use the program
Employers will appreciate:
- Group-level reporting
- Feedback loop on programs completed and content viewed
- Spanish version
Accessing Learn to Live
Members will find Learn to Live when they log into MyBlueKC.com, then click Plan Benefits, Behavioral Health, and finally the Mindful Programs & Tools button.

Learn to Live replaces the previously offered myStength online tool. Active myStrength users can continue to use myStrength through June 30.
