Updates coming soon to agent and member online account experiences
All anyone wants from an online experience is to easily find what they need in as few clicks as possible. The current generation of updates to two Blue KC platforms offers just that, plus refreshed designs.
Agent account
In June you’ll land on an updated Blue KC Agent Account (formerly referred to as Agent Portal). You’ll get there the same as always, at agents.bluekc.com. If you prefer to enter through BlueKC.com, simply click Agents on the top navigation, then Log in to agent account.
Changes you’ll see:
- Streamlined homepage
- Simpler navigation across the top of the page to get you to business, quotes, and resources easier
- Resource page updates that simplify finding applications, forms, training documents, and marketing materials
- Refreshed FAQs
- Improved search and filtering capabilities

Member account
When a member wants to see plan usage, coverage, find a doc, or understand their benefits, they visit their member account at MyBlueKC.com. Launching late June, members will see improvements to each of these sections, plus a new space we’re excited to introduce.
New! Plan Navigator – This new experience lets members* select a benefit – medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and vision – and see a customized overview of coverage specific to the member’s health plan. Members will find Plan Navigator in the left navigation of their member account.
*Plan Navigator will not be available to Medicare Supplement or JAA members at this time.
