Employer groups to receive Medicare coordination of benefits survey
Each year we send a survey to your employer groups on behalf of our Medicare Secondary Payer/Coordination of Benefits unit. The survey gathers feedback about the process for determining Medicare as primary or secondary payer for Medicare-eligible employees.
In late January, employers will receive a letter from Blue KC that explains the survey and includes a link and a QR code to access the survey. They will use their Blue KC group ID to log in. Please share with your clients that this letter is coming and the importance of collecting their feedback.
