Introducing Blue KC’s new hearing health partner and how members can maximize the benefit
Amplifon Hearing Health Care is Blue KC’s new hearing administrator. Amplifon provides access to all major hearing aid manufacturers at contracted discounted rates.

To connect with Amplifon and make an appointment, members should call a Blue KC Customer Service Representative at (866) 508-7140 (TTY: 711). The representative will provide a detailed explanation of benefits and connect the member with Amplifon Hearing Health Care team to schedule an appointment. The Blue KC representative will remain on the call once connected with Amplifon.
Members who do not have a hearing aid benefit can still receive discounted rates.
