New, simplified billing system to launch for group clients
In February, Blue KC will launch a new billing application for groups to view and pay their premium and fixed-cost invoices. The Premium Billing Application will simplify the invoice payment process and replace our current ebilling solution.
Blue KC will migrate groups to the new system in early February. Once migrated, groups will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to create their accounts. The welcome email will also include a user guide.
It’s important to know that recurring payment schedules will not migrate to the new system. Groups will need to reestablish payment information and recurring payments as they set up their accounts.
