Solera diabetes prevention program to sunset for Blue KC ACA plans

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) will sunset the Solera diabetes prevention program for ACA plans effective January 1, 2027. Current ACA members can enroll in the program through December 31, 2026, and have access to the full 52-week program.

Due to low program utilization, Blue KC expects the sunset to have little-to-no impact.
