Get the MyBlueKC mobile app

Never underestimate the power of a mobile app, especially when it puts health plan resources right in your hands. Use the MyBlueKC app to access:

  • Digital Member ID card – Handy for those trips to the doctor or pharmacy when you left your physical card at home.
  • List of current prescriptions – When your doc asks for current scripts, it’s on the app.
  • Virtual care – Visit a virtual care doctor day, night, or in the wee hours of the morning
  • In-network providers using Find Care
  • Medical claims

Download the MyBlueKC app at the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Find a doctor in your network using Find Care

Use Find Care to search providers in your network, estimate costs, and compare prices. It’s one of the Blue KC tools you’ll use most. Locate it at:

Visit a Spira Care Center

If your health plan includes exclusive access to Spira Care Centers (check your member ID card for the Spira Care logo), you can receive advanced primary care services under one roof – at no or low cost* – at one of nine Spira Care Centers across the Kansas City metro.

Spira Care offers next-day and same-day appointments – in person, by telephone, or by video visit. Plus, for care needs that can’t wait, Spira Care has after-hours, on-call providers.

Look up deductibles, out-of-pocket max, covered services with a handy QR code

Your deductible, coinsurance, copay, out-of-pocket max, covered services, and pharmacy benefits are listed on your Benefit Summary. It’s the official document for your health plan. Here are three ways to access it:

  • Scan the QR code on your member ID card
  • Go to MyBlueKC app > Plan Benefits & Coverage > Medical Plan Benefits
  • Visit MyBlueKC.com > Plan Benefits > Medical > Benefits Guide and Plan Documents

Please share these resources with employees and call your Blue KC representative if you have questions.
