Reminder: Open Enrollment deadlines for large businesses
It’s Open Enrollment (OE) time, and your first OE deadline is next week. If you haven’t already, please contact your Blue KC representative with your benefit decisions.
- October 16, 2026 – Confirm benefit decisions with Blue KC sales representative
- November 23, 2026 – Deliver open enrollment file or submit BluesEnroll elections to Blue KC for physical ID cards
- December 14, 2026 – Deliver open enrollment file or submit BluesEnroll elections to Blue KC for digital ID cards
To ensure your employees receive their member ID cards by January 1, 2027, please confirm and deliver your information by the dates listed.
Digital member ID cards are always within reach
Please remind employees they can always access their member ID cards digitally by logging into their member account at MyBlueKC.com, where they can view, print, text, or email their ID card. They can also find their digital ID cards in the MyBlueKC mobile app.
