- Annual wellness visits at no additional cost1
- Immunizations
- Sports physicals and paperwork

Small employer groups: BlueSelect Plus and Spira products are available only to small employer groups headquartered within the following counties in the Blue KC service area: Caldwell, Cass, Clay, Clinton, DeKalb, Jackson, Johnson (MO), Lafayette, Platte, Ray, Johnson (KS), and Wyandotte (KS). Employer groups headquartered outside of these counties are not eligible for BlueSelect Plus or Spira products.
