New online member account experience at MyBlueKC.com

When a Blue KC member wants to see plan usage, coverage, find a doc, or understand their benefits, they visit their member account (previously referred to as member portal) at MyBlueKC.com. In June, we will launch the current generation of improvements to each of these sections, plus a new space we’re excited to introduce.

New! Plan Navigator – This new experience lets members* select a benefit – medical, behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and vision – and see a customized overview of coverage specific to their health plan. Members will find Plan Navigator in the left navigation of their member account.
