Members see how their current plan covers services such as doctor visits, surgery, lab work, pregnancy care, and behavioral health. - Personalizes benefit information based on a member’s current situation
Messaging changes based on whether a member has met deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums, making the information relevant and actionable. - Sets realistic expectations about healthcare costs
Members can see what portion of a service their plan will pay and what their financial responsibility may be before receiving care. - Shows real-time deductible and out-of-pocket progress
The Spending Tracker shows members where they stand financially within their plan year. - Connects members directly to finding care
Members can move from learning about a service to finding an appropriate in-network provider without starting over somewhere else. - Highlights important requirements before care is received
