SmartShopper program to sunset at end of 2026 for fully insured, cost plus large groups
The SmartShopper cash incentive program will end December 31, 2026, for fully insured and cost plus large groups.
The program is one of several member tools provided by Zelis. The Find Care online provider search tool and cost estimator tool are not impacted by the SmartShopper sunset.

- Your employees can continue to use the SmartShopper program to earn cash incentives through December 31, 2026.
- Your employees can access SmartShopper, Find Care provider search, and cost estimator tools on their member account at MyBlueKC.com.
- Your employees will see no impact to the provider search and cost estimator tools.
