Reminder: Blue Medicare Advantage application process changing
As a reminder, access to Connecture for Blue Medicare Advantage electronic applications ended August 31, 2024. From September 1 through November 30, 2024, agents will need to submit a paper application by mail or fax to:

While we are accepting paper applications through November 30 for those in their initial enrollment window, we do request that you no longer proactively market Blue KC MA plans.
Blue Medicare Advantage paper application pro tips
Please download and complete the paper application. Before mailing or faxing it, confirm accuracy of all information – member name, MBI, address, date of birth, gender, phone number, plan selection, etc. If faxing, be sure to include all pages including the scope, checklist, application, and multilanguage insert. Commissions will not be paid unless the following are included:
- Completed Scope of Appointment
- Completed Pre-Enrollment Checklist
- Completed Application
- Completed Attestation of Eligibility
Blue Medicare Advantage application timeline
- August 31 – Last day to submit electronic application via Connecture
- September 1 – November 30 – Paper applications only are accepted
- November 30 – Last day paper applications are accepted
- December 1 – Last eligible effective date for Blue Medicare Advantage plans
- December 31 – Last day of coverage for all Blue KC Medicare Advantage plans
