Time to complete ACA recertification
As the 2025 Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) year gets underway, Blue KC has emailed your annual recertification notice. To get started, please open the email you received August 15*, which includes:
- Link to your certification case
- Information about the recertification process through Blue KC
- Who to contact if you have questions
The email came from producerinfo@bluekc.com with the subject line “Blue KC Invites You to Recertify.”
If you did not receive the recertification email, please contact producerinfo@bluekc.com. Your certification case will remain active through the end of the year, so you have plenty of time to recertify.
