Important: To ensure your client’s benefit is applied, they must schedule an appointment through Blue KC Customer Service at (866) 508-7140 (TTY 711). Blue KC will confirm the benefit package and, during the call, connect the member with the Amplifon Health Hearing Care team, which will locate and schedule the hearing exam.
