Important Open Enrollment deadlines
As Open Enrollment gets underway, we want to position you for success by providing critical deadlines for benefit decisions and eligibility files. Please be aware of the following dates to ensure employee member ID cards are available by January 1, 2026.
- October 31, 2025 – Confirm benefit decisions with Blue KC sales representative
- November 21, 2025 – Deliver open enrollment file to Blue KC for physical ID cards
- December 12, 2025 – Deliver open enrollment file to Blue KC for digital ID cards
Reminder: Digital member ID card access
Employees can access their ID cards digitally by logging into MyBlueKC.com, where they can view, print, text, or email their ID card. They can also find their digital ID card at MyBlueKC mobile app.
