Send us your company’s updated contact information
Email is the primary way Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) communicates with companies that offer Blue KC health insurance to employees. In recent months, we’ve seen an increase in email addresses bouncing back when we send account, payment, service changes, and other communications.
Please help us keep your account up to date by contacting us if you have changes to your contact information, including email address, physical address, and contact name.
If you don’t have an email address, we will continue to send account information to your physical address.
