Blue KC ACA members can earn up to $50 in rewards
Get ahead of the year and complete your Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and preventive visit to earn rewards. As a Blue KC ACA member, you can earn up to $50 in rewards by completing your annual preventive visit – covered at 100% – and HRA by December 31, 2026. For each, you will receive a $25 digital gift card to your choice of select national retailers.
Earning rewards
It takes just three steps to earn rewards:
- Register on the ACA Rewards portal at BlueKC.com/ACARewards
- Schedule an annual preventive visit with a:
- Primary Care Provider (PCP) – If you don’t have a PCP, you can find one at MyBlueKC.com > Find Care (in the left column) > Find Doctors, Specialists & Hospitals. Enter any of the following in the search bar: PCP, family medicine, internal medicine, general practice, or a specific provider name.
- Spira Care provider – Available to members enrolled in plans with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers. Appointments are available by calling (913) 297-7472 or at SpiraCare.com.
- Complete the HRA at BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
- The health questionnaire contains a series of questions about your health and lifestyle.
- Once logged in, click Health Risk Assessment. If you don’t have time to answer every question, you can save your progress and return later.
Redeeming rewards
Within 90 days after completing the annual preventive visit and HRA, you will see rewards on BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
You can redeem rewards for digital gift cards to CVS Select, DoorDash, Home Depot, Starbucks, Target, Whole Foods, Uber, and Uber Eats. More information is available at BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
