Blue KC ACA members can earn up to $50 in rewards
Blue KC ACA members can earn up to $50 in rewards by completing their annual preventive visit – covered at 100% – and Health Risk Assessment (HRA) by December 31, 2025. For each, members will receive a $25 digital gift card to their choice of national retailers.
Earning rewards
It takes just three steps to earn rewards:
- Register on the ACA Rewards portal at BlueKC.com/ACARewards
- Schedule an annual preventive visit with a:
- Primary Care Provider (PCP) – Members who don’t have a PCP can find one at MyBlueKC.com > Find Care (in the left column) > Find Doctors, Specialists & Hospitals > Enter any of the following in the search bar: PCP, family medicine, internal medicine, general practice, or a specific provider name.
- Spira Care provider if the member has a plan with exclusive access to Spira Care Centers. Appointments are available by calling (913) 297-7472 or visiting SpiraCare.com.
- Complete the HRA at BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
Redeeming rewards
Within 90 days after completing the annual preventive visit and HRA, members will see rewards on BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
Members can redeem rewards for digital gift cards to CVS Select, DoorDash, Home Depot, Starbucks, Target, Whole Foods, Uber, and Uber Eats. Gift cards will arrive by email within 24 hours of redemption. More information is available to members at BlueKC.com/ACARewards.
