Iris complements physician-led treatment, giving you trusted virtual support between appointments and after hours. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in active treatment, a survivor, or a caregiver, Iris helps make it easier to navigate a cancer diagnosis with compassionate support.

Iris offers 24/7 virtual support at no additional cost* to eligible members** through your Blue KC health plan. Services include:
- 24/7 access to licensed oncology nurses to answer questions and help manage treatment side effects
- Emotional health support from oncology-specialized therapists
- Nutrition guidance from registered dietitians to help manage appetite, treatment side effects, or recovery
- Educational content tailored to your specific cancer type and treatment plan
- Tools and resources to help you and your loved ones every step of the way
