Determining your 2025 premiums paid to Blue KC
Need records showing how much you paid in premiums to Blue KC last year? We have a couple of options available to help you obtain this information.
Option 1: Visit MyBlueKC.com to access past billing statements
- Go to Pay My Bill in the left column
- Scroll down to Past Bills
- Click View PDF for each month’s statements
- Calculate the annual total premium
Option 2: Visit the Marketplace to access 1095-A forms
- Log in to your Marketplace account
- Under Your Existing Applications select your 2024 application
- Select Tax Forms from the menu on the left
- Download all 1095-As as shown on the screen
- For additional assistance, download screen-by-screen directions, or call the Marketplace at 1-800-318-2596
