Kim White

Kim White is the Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC). In addition to her Chief of Staff responsibilities, she oversees Blue KC’s legal, corporate communications, and marketing teams.

Kim is responsible for ensuring these corporate services support Blue KC’s work to advance its mission and vision of delivering simple, affordable, high-quality healthcare.

During her 23-year career at Blue KC, Kim has overseen other areas of the company including human resources, product development, contracts, compliance and broker services. Kim serves on the boards of the Missouri Valley Life and Health Insurance Company, Blue-Advantage Plus of Kansas City and the Highland Community College Foundation. She is a member of the Regional Advisory Council of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation and formerly served on the United Way of Greater Kansas City Women United Cabinet. In 2020, Kim was recognized by Ingram’s Magazine as a Women Executives-KC (WeKC) honoree.

Kim earned a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Missouri. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
