This summer, Blue KC is increasing awareness and app onboarding with a campaign that targets members based on certain health conditions. Your clients and their employees may receive one of several campaign emails.
Welcome email campaign
- Targets commercial members with a chronic condition or at risk of developing a chronic condition
- Promotes Blue KC Care Management features
- Timing: Mid-July
Maternal health email campaign
- Targets female, commercial, primary subscribers 21-45 years old with no fertility claims
- Promotes our new Your Healthy Pregnancy content hub and Care Management support
- Timing: Mid-July
Oncology email campaign
- Targets commercial members with active cancer
- Promotes our new Cancer Care Basics content hub and Care Management support
- Timing: Mid-July
