Blue Medicare Advantage members will receive their Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) at the beginning of October followed by a Blue KC Customer Service courtesy call. Members can sign up to attend an ANOC meeting October 4, 5, or 11 in person or October 10 via Zoom. During the meeting, members will learn how they can maximize their 2024 benefits.
