Behavioral health resources to share with clients

Behavioral health, mental well-being, and self-care are intertwined with physical health, which is why Blue KC emphasizes these themes throughout our content.

When talking to clients, please offer these resources to help our ongoing effort to educate people about the importance of recognizing the need for and seeking out behavioral healthcare.

In-the-moment help for crisis and behavioral health needs

Clients can call these resources 24/7 if experiencing suicidal ideation, mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or if they simply need to talk during a difficult time.
