Reminder: Extra layer of security on billing portal starts March 26
Starting March 26, employers who use the Premium Billing and Claims Settlement portal will be prompted to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). This extra layer of security will require employers to verify their identity in more than one way when logging in.
Employers received an email from Blue KC on March 12 about MFA. You were notified in the February Blue Agent.
