Extra security on the Blue KC billing portal launched March 26
If you have visited the Blue KC Premium Billing and Claims Settlement portal in the past few days, you will have been prompted to set up extra security to protect your account. Called multi-factor authentication (MFA), this extra security requires you to verify your identity in more than one way when logging in. MFA launched March 26.
