Spira Care
Primary Care for the whole family. Members who enroll in a Choice Plan will have exclusive access to Spira Care Centers for primary care services at no additional cost*. Spira Care offers:
- Routine preventive care
- Adult and pediatric primary care
- Behavioral health support
- Diabetes education and health coaching
- Digital X-rays
- Immunizations
- Lab draws
- Sick care
Extra benefits
Our goal is to deliver high-value health plans to our members. Some of the benefits Blue KC members will have access to include:
- ACA Rewards Program. Eligible members qualify to earn a $25 digital gift card for completion of the annual preventive visit and an additional $25 digital gift card for completing their Health Risk Assessment through our rewards program.
- Blue365. Members can take advantage of exclusive deals and discounts on health and lifestyle products and services through Blue 365. Discounts include gym memberships, active gear, dental and vision services, and other savings opportunities.
- Virtual Care. Members can get the healthcare they need from the safety and comfort of home. Services include 24/7 Virtual Care visits and scheduled behavioral health therapy.
