Get Care and Therapy Virtually with Blue KC

Virtual Sick Care

Virtual sick care is a convenient benefit and service offered to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) members. In-network providers are available 24/7 for common sick care needs – no matter where you are. Doctors can review your history, answer questions, diagnose, treat, and even prescribe medications.

Schedule a virtual visit when:

  • You have minor illness issues like upper respiratory infection, flu, or pink eye
  • You want a convenient consultation at home, at work, or when traveling
  • You need care on nights, weekends, or your Primary Care Doctor is unavailable

Members can visit with a virtual care doctor through the MyBlueKC mobile app or at BlueKCVirtualCare.com.
