KANSAS CITY, MO. (April 17, 2024)—Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) congratulate the Kansas City area businesses recently awarded as a 2024 Healthiest Employer by the Kansas City Business Journal. The recognition showcases local organizations that make health and wellness a priority.

On March 28, the Kansas City Business Journal, in partnership with 2024 sponsor Blue KC, hosted a breakfast at Carriage Club in Kansas City, MO to honor the award winners. The event featured a panel of distinguished speakers and focused on innovative ideas to make the workplace a healthier place for all employees.Moderated by Chista Dubill, Vice President, Chief Communications Officer at Blue KC, event panelists included Robin Bub, Total Rewards Director at Burns & McDonnell, Monica De Agostino, Director of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS at MRIGlobal, Jana Goolsby, Wellbeing Program Manager, at City of Olathe, and Katie Peed, Senior Human Resources Generalist at WaterOne.
