Please remind Blue Medicare Advantage members to use their 2023 Flex and Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit allowances on their Blue Benefit Bucks (BBB) cards. The deadline to use allowances in these two wallets is December 31, 2023, though we encourage use before the end of the year. Members can check their NationsBenefits wallets to see balances.
As a reminder, BBB cards contain a third wallet – Member Rewards. Members have until March 31, 2024, to use the dollars in their Member Rewards wallet. Member Rewards earned in November or December will be credited in January or February 2024. To get credits, members need to submit receipts for healthy foods and over-the-counter items.
