NationsBenefits has announced it is launching a new member-friendly Benefit Pro application in 2024. NationsBenefits will soft launch the new app to existing Blue Medicare Advantage members starting October 26, 2023. Once the new app has launched, members will receive a notification to download it when they try to access the old NationsBenefits app. The new app will use the same login credentials that members use today to access the NationsBenefits Member Portal.
