KANSAS CITY, MO. (November 15, 2021)– Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC) was honored to receive the award for “Best Commercial Customer Service” in the “Employee Experience” category at the 2021 North American Customer Centricity Awards virtual ceremony.

The yearly event, organized by ARCET Global and certified by the Customer Institute, reviewed over 216 entries from 89 companies across 26 countries. After the initial shortlisting, 110 finalists were evaluated by a large panel of expert independent judges and the winners were crowned. ARCET Global focuses on sustainable customer-centric business practices through training and customer experience programs.

The award marks the third win in the past two years for Blue KC after receiving first place in the categories “Best Customer Experience Strategy” and “Best Customer Centric Culture” at the 2020 North American Customer Centricity Awards.
